A Special Meeting of the Library Board of Trustees will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 9am in-person at the Linden Public Library.

The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a Board Retreat for professional development purposes. The Board expects to enter into executive session during the meeting. No formal action will be taken.

Although East Henry Street will be closed for construction on Tuesday, July 22, the Linden Public Library will still be open to the public! Please park off-street and follow all posted parking regulations when visiting the library.

The Linden Free Public Library will be offering surplus furniture for public auction through the government auction website here.

• 10 Guest Lobby Chairs

All items will be sold in “as-is” condition, with no warranties or guarantees, and all sales are final.

The Library Board of Trustees Meeting scheduled for June 2, 2025 has been cancelled.

The Linden Public Library will be closed for Staff In-service Professional Development on June 13, 2025.

The library will be closed on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 due to the water being shut-off for an extended period of time due to the water main construction project on East Henry Street.

The Linden Public Library will have a delayed opening on Thursday, February 6, and will open at 11am.
