Due to flash flood warnings in our area, the Linden Public Library will be closing early at 3pm tonight, Thursday, July 31, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage everyone to stay safe.

Although East Henry Street will be closed for construction on Tuesday, July 22, the Linden Public Library will still be open to the public! Please park off-street and follow all posted parking regulations when visiting the library.

The Linden Free Public Library will be offering surplus furniture for public auction through the government auction website here.

• 10 Guest Lobby Chairs

All items will be sold in “as-is” condition, with no warranties or guarantees, and all sales are final.

The library will be closed on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 due to the water being shut-off for an extended period of time due to the water main construction project on East Henry Street.

The Linden Public Library will have a delayed opening on Thursday, February 6, and will open at 11am.

Due to a water main break and lack of running water, the Linden Public Library is closed today December 30, 2024.
