Health Lectures presented by Braven Health.

• What: Health Lectures presented by Braven Health. Lectures include Hearth Health, The Wellness Challenge, Stress Management, Brain Games, and Skin Cancer.
  • Brain Games: Learn about how our brain is the “master computer” and the important topic of brain health. We will go over daily activities that assist it to maintain this master organ to be healthy and in best working order.

  • Heart Health: Friday, February 16 at 1pm.
  • The Wellness Challenge: Friday, March 8 at 1pm.
  • Stress Management: Wednesday, April 10 at 1pm.
  • Brain Games: Friday, May 10 at 1pm.
  • Skin Cancer: Wednesday, May 22 at 6:30pm.
