Mad Science Under Pressure

  • What: Mad Science Under Pressure. Join Bernoulli and Newton as we take this exciting look at the science behind aerodynamics and the properties of air… under pressure. Use a vortex generator to create air pockets with a punch, and levitate ping-pong balls in defiance of gravity!

Focus on Senior Financial Safety

Flagstar Bank presents Focus on Senior Finanial Safety. Light refreshments will be served.

  • Who: Open to all Seniors.
  • What: Seminar on senior financial safety with Agnieszka (Agnes) Belch from New York Community Bank. Some of the topics covered will include financial abuse, investment fraud, identity theft, financial power of attorney (POA) or fiduciary abuse, theft of money or property by caregivers and in-home help, as well as lottery, telephone and internet scams. Light refreshments will be served.
